IMG_0025Marni Van Dyk is a writer, producer and a performer based in Toronto. Her first short film “I Am Not a Weird Person” (dir. Molly McGlynn) was featured on HelloGiggles, the Jill Soloway/Rebecca Odes curated, and described by Lena Dunham as “a haunting little short”. She is a multi-platform producer, telling stories long and short & in between from broadcast to digital. Most recently, she wrote the WE Day Broadcast produced by Door Knocker Media for CBS and hosted by Selena Gomez. Currently, she is developing her first feature in the Writer’s Lab at The Canadian Film Centre. Marni is also a founding member of the award winning all-female sketch comedy troupe, She Said What. She really digs high-waisted pants.
